BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or work experience.

Requirements |
- Prior
work experience in a semi-conductor manufacturing
environment is desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics and repair equipment, and a solid work ethic are essential.
- Organizational
skills including thorough documentation of plans
and results are necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience processing data through MySQL and MATLAB is preferred.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control methods is desirable.
- Ability to effectively partner with operations personnel is critical.
- Experience with Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities |
- Implement
safety procedures and improvements to maintain
an environment free of work-related injuries.
- Implement a preventive maintenance program, including spare parts inventory & service contracts, to enhance tool performance.
- Provide 24-hour, on-call support for tool troubleshooting.
- Prepare and deliver training documentation/support and response procedures to elevate the ability of our operators to address common problems.
- Implement tool enhancements to increase wafer and die yields via particle reduction, lower wafer breakage rates, etc.
- Institute Fab operational efficiency and/or tool/process improvements targeted to reduce fab cycle time, increase tool availability, and increase throughput.
- As a member of the Operations team, you will be focused on continuous improvement of our Fab performance metrics and you will achieve these results in a team-based environment, working in concert with our operators and Process Development Engineers.
