Requirements |
- Direct
work experience in product engineering in a
high volume manufacturing industry is highly
desirable.
- Experience
with MEMS and the semiconductor industry is
preferred.
- Strong
data analysis skills and experience.
- Extensive
programming experience. Experience with
MATLAB, MySQL, Web Languages, C/C++, and Labview
preferred.
- Excellent communication skills that clearly
present ideas, theories, and technical information
to all levels within the organization.
- Test, Measurement, and Statistical Process Control
experiences preferred.
- Electronic and troubleshooting work experience.

Responsibilities |
- Validate
and debug first silicon.
- Design,
develop, define, and lead tests to qualify new
products and to support changes to existing
products.
- Define
product specifications.
- Oversee changes to improve yield.
- Drive products into pilot production.
- Assist in product design cycle by analyzing
test data to determine improvements in products.
- Be instrumental in cost avoidance and cost reduction
activities.
- Analyze the requirements, capabilities and performance
of new and existing products.
- Research potential new product developments,
new processes.
- Strong participation and coordination with design,
test, reliability, and manufacturing groups.
