BS (MS or MEng. preferred) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Manufacturing or Industrial), Quality Management, or Operations Management.

• Five or more years of direct work experience in quality engineering in a high volume manufacturing industry.
• Expert in statistical process quality engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of DOE, FMEA, data analysis and measurement systems, etc.
• Demonstrated good judgment, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills that clearly present ideas, theories, and technical information to all levels within the organization.
• Six Sigma experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Matlab, or other statistical applications.
• Familiarity with standard semiconductor processes is highly desirable.

• Drive process capability improvement of MEMS fabrication.
• Evaluate / enhance current SPC system, including key operations.
• Train staff in statistical methods.
• Work with process engineering and tool owners to improve long term yield and reliability improvements.
• Manage breakthrough projects to drive capability.
• Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan development.
• Assist with the development of new tool /product /process statistical control methodologies.
