- We offer deductible self-funded health, dental, and vision insurance plans of which 100% of the employee premiums are paid for by the Company.
- The Company's 401(k) Plan allows employees to contribute from 1% to 25% of salary to the Plan. Kionix matches 100% of employee contributions up to 6% of salary, which is immediately vested. In January 2006, PLANSPONSOR magazine recognized the Kionix 401(k) Plan as among the top 50 plans nationally, particularly citing the one-on-one consultation opportunity provided by the Plan's local investment managers and its participation rate of 97%.
- Kionix offers an Incentive Stock Option Plan. All full-time employees are granted options upon their hire. In addition, management uses incentive option grants as a means of recognizing outstanding contributions to the Company's success.
