THE KIONIX CULTURE
- The Kionix culture is one of serious teamwork, total engagement, and exceptionally high productivity. And, in all honesty, as a young company successfully competing with industry giants, we can't be otherwise. Our goal, however, is to keep it fun!

- Greg embodies the Kionix culture. Much to the surprise of many new employees, Greg is "one of us" when it comes to day-to-day operations. He can be found shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering teams to finalize a design concept; he will don a clean suit or a lab coat to assist process and test engineers in solving a fabrication or test-line issue; and he frequents the Company's break room for a cup of coffee and impromptu discussion with employees. And, Greg insists that everyone be casual and comfortable at work-one employee commented that she had to buy a whole new wardrobe to work at Kionix, all casual slacks and jeans.
