KENT P. GALLEGO
Vice President, Administration
Mr. Gallego is an experienced executive with a well-established history in business development, financial and strategic planning, and revenue generation. His widespread knowledge of business operations guides his management of Kionix’s quality, finance and accounting, information systems, and human resources departments.
As the former business manager for FUJIFILM Medical Systems, Mr. Gallego was responsible for helping the company to maximize its profits and cut its expenses through vigilant management. He streamlined business administration activities that impacted logistics, service contracts, payroll, forecasting, and billing; implemented operational budgets; and improved supply-chain management.
Before his position at FUJIFILM, Mr. Gallego worked for Gerber Technology, Inc., most notably as the Director of North American Customer Service Operations where he controlled profitability, revenue, expenses, and service delivery for its $47 million North American Field Service Organization. Likewise at Gerber Technology, Mr. Gallego was Director of North American Technical Operations, Customer Service, where he was responsible for nearly $55M in annual revenue. Here he reengineered call center operations, inside sales, the world technical assistance center, technical training, network services, and service marketing to increase efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
Mr. Gallego values structured business practices and collaborative relationships and is a manager who will identify and sponsor business and customer-focused initiatives integral to achieving the Company’s operational and financial objectives.
