KEVIN M. SNYDER
Vice President of Finance
Mr. Snyder brings to Kionix over 25 years of accounting experience, including nearly 19 years in public accounting and six years in manufacturing. He will utilize this knowledge to identify financial goals as they relate to profitability and growth, and his abilities will be essential to the advancement of strategic planning and budgeting in Kionix's highly technical business environment.
Before joining Kionix in November 2011, Mr. Snyder served as the CFO for a mid-sized commercial printing company in Cortland, NY, as well as the company's two additional affiliates in Ithaca, NY. While there, he was in charge of all aspects of accounting and reporting; he conducted monthly reviews with banking officials, reviewed all legal documents with customers and tenants and managed all corporate-owned real estate. In addition, he reviewed and oversaw all aspects of Human Resources. Mr. Snyder also worked for a local CPA firm from 1987-2006, where he maintained his own clients, ranging from individuals to partnerships, trusts and corporations, and largely provided compliance and tax planning opportunities. He also provided business consulting services for small businesses and estate planning.
Mr. Snyder received his B.S. degree with a concentration in accounting from Brockport State College in 1986. He and his wife Kathleen live in Lansing, NY with their daughters Kennedy and Farren.
