Tri-Axis, User Selectable ± 2g, 4g, 8g, Digital (I2C) Output, 3x3x0.9mm LGA

Designed for mobile applications, the KXTJ9 tri-axis accelerometer is an entry-level device that offers high-performance and low-power. It offers an internal voltage regulator, I2C digital communication, and up to 14-bit resolution. The KXTJ9 is delivered in a 3 x 3 x 0.9 mm, 10-pin, LGA package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.  This part is pin compatible with the KXTI9 and KXTF9.



  • Low current consumption: 10 µA in standby, 10 µA at low resolution, and 325 µA at high resolution

This Kit is composed of a Kionix Evaluation Board on which is soldered a customer-specified 3.3V Kionix accelerometer product, a Silicon Labs C8051F340DK that provides the microprocessor control and USB interface, and a Kionix F340 Adapter Board that provides the link between the Kionix Evaluation Board and the microprocessor.
